For international delegates and advisors that require a visa to enter the Republic of Korea, Yale MUN Korea 2019 will be issuing official Visa letters upon registration completion once payment for the conference has been received in full.The deadline to request an official visa letter from Yale MUN Korea is August 31st, 2019. Delegates and advisors should apply for tourist visas at the closest local embassy. The time taken for each embassy to process your application may vary. We recommend completing registering for the conference as soon as possible and applying for your visa immediately afterwards. In order to be eligible for full refund due to visa application issues, we must be notified of your visa’s rejected status prior to September 28, 2019. After this deadline, standard refund rates will apply.
